Purdown BT Tower

Purdown's BT Tower is one of the first landmarks you see as you drive into Bristol, just before the city appears on the horizon. Surrounded by the most stunning inner city countryside, woodland walks and meadows, it's been part of the skyline no matter where I've lived in the city. The park where the BT Tower lives means a lot to me, and somewhere I go to mentally and physically when I need to remind myself how lucky I am to live in Bristol and right on the edge of what is essentially inner city countryside. 

This is a print from an original mixed media piece, with lots of bright blues and oranges, washes of watercolour and flashes of pencil. It easily holds its own within its white background and prints off at large sizes brilliantly, making the perfect statement piece.
