Returns and Refunds Policy

I hope you absolutely love your new artwork - every piece is made to order with care. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how I handle returns, refunds and replacements.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide the piece isn’t for you, you can return any non-personalised item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact me within this time to start your return.

Requirements:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original, resaleable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • All returns must be sent using a fully tracked postal service
  • Refunds are processed once the item has safely been returned and checked
  • If an item is returned damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, I may need to adjust the refund amount


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days with photos of the artwork and packaging.

I will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible. You usually won’t be asked to return the damaged item unless I request it.

Personalised Artwork

Personalised or custom-made pieces are created especially for you, so they are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or printed incorrectly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take a few days to complete the process on their end.

Email me within 7 days with photos and I’ll replace it for free.

4. Are personalised pieces returnable?
No - personalised or custom artwork is non-returnable unless faulty.

5. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives back with me and is checked, I’ll process the refund immediately.
