Pet Portrait - hand drawn

Pets aren’t just animals - they’re family. I love creating portraits that capture the unique personality and spirit of your furry, feathered, or scaly friend. Working in both watercolour and coloured pencil, I’ll choose the medium that best brings out your pet’s character, or you can let me know your preference. Each portrait is A4 and shipped unframed, in a protective sleeve via special next day delivery (Charged at checkout). 

Some pets, like black dogs, can be especially tricky for me, so I may occasionally decline a commission if I don’t feel I can do it justice. This ensures every portrait is a piece you’ll treasure.

How to order

1.  Reserve your spot. Purchase this listing to join my commission queue. Current turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks. I periodically close my books whilst I catch up so don't wait until it's too late! 
2.  Send your photos. I work from high quality photographs - clear, original images work best. Send your favourites to jen@jenniferjacksonart.co.uk. You can also do this before purchasing if you'd prefer to chat first! 
3.  Confirm medium and details. You can choose watercolour or coloured pencil, or leave it to me to select the medium that best suits your pet. I'll confirm any key details with you before I begin.
4.  Progress updates. I'll share progress photos as I work, so you can see your pet coning to life on paper. 
5.  Delivery. Your finished portrait will be shipped A4, unmounted and unframed in a protective sleeve via special next day delivery.

The price for an A4 original hand drawn portrait is currently £75 including tax plus postage of £10

• My goal is to create a portrait that truly reflects your pet's personality, so please be aware I may decline some commissions if I feel I can't do them justice.
