Pero's Bridge

Pero's Bridge was always a fun way of getting from Queen's Square to Millennium Square, normally covered in padlocks and flanked by buskers on either side. I say 'was' because as of August the bloomin thing broke and is now out of bounds.... apparently to be fixed next year but I'll personally not be holding my breath... For now this print I guess is a temporary memorial piece, showing Pero's Bridge with the Watershed and floating harbour behind it. 

This is a print from an original mixed media piece, with lots of dark blues and warm orange tones, in washes of watercolour and flashes of pencil. It goes great with the rest of my 'half a lifetime' collection.
