House Sketch Portrait

A loose, expressive drawing of a home, drawn in one sitting.

This style is rooted in my random pin house project - quick, instinctive sketches made by dropping a pin on the map and drawing whatever house it lands on. The aim isn’t perfection, but character: the tilt of a roof, the rhythm of windows, the feeling of the place.

House sketch portraits are drawn from a single reference photo and take around 45 minutes to complete. They’re intentionally simple and observational, with no revisions or progress updates. Part of their charm is their spontaneity.
