Corn Street

I have always loved this view from Wine Street looking down Corn Street. The Registry Office Building in itself is spectacular, and the Barber's on the corner has been many things but I feel it's the best version of itself now! I used to work around the corner from here so I spent a few years stomping around during lunch breaks at St Nick's market trying to find the next best thing. We didn't marry at the registry office but we did attend t register our intent to marry, and to officially name both our kids, so of course it had to feature in my new collection. 

This is a print from an original mixed media piece, with lots of blues and yellows, in washes of watercolour and flashes of pencil.
